.....i had completed my own valuations on this some months ago, and I came up with a $5 target price in the next 2 years or so.... but that was generally based on commodities prices being at levels of around one third the level of today's prices.... at a time when almost all holdings and projects would probably be at least beginning production....

now if the commodities prices were to remain at today's levels - for the next couple of years... then i think that i am in for a real treat !!!!
