Go research where the battery and auto manufacturers are spending their R&D money. CATL, Toyota, Samsung, VW, Nio, Ford..... the list goes on all releasing solid state batteries.

Take for example Solid Power they are backed by Ford and BMW. They are developing a solid state battery that replaces the graphite anode with a lithium anode, automotive qualification in 2022.

When does TLG plan to have a mine? They should be mining now and not in 3-4yrs time. However they could still sign a deal for a short term supply contract but what will they do in the long term? $1B+ is a huge funding commitment.
