Why would you pay 3.8 million dollars to convert shares that you don't actually need, when the strike price vs share price of the day was near identical and it served to dilute when this is still a speccie? Mark is no mug. These were issued oppies, not purchased oppies, so he is not out of pocket a single dollar with these expiring, and he has not diluted the share registry.
