My understanding going forward is that the increase in grade will be an ongoing feature as underground mining is resulting in far higher grades than open pit mining, this will drive down the cost per ounce, that is the plus. However, I also understand that underground mining is more expensive than open cut mining.

If SAR can keep its costs down to $800 an ounce plus royalties for the next quarter that would be fine. Costs generally are more expensive than companies with 3rd world mines, however geopolitical issues don't feature in Australia and that is a huge plus for larger players looking for safety, management also appear solid.

Happy to be back on the register

    DYOR, I make wild guesses.
