Much of what XAM is working on is on hold pending the final regs for the new Foreign Investment legislation.
This includes the Sharchuluut JV, the purchase of Oyut Ulaan, the sale of the two thermals and the possible sale of the EC coking coal JV. Any one of these is a potential price changer.
We may learn more from today's AGM but the ball is in Mongolia's hands ATM.
There are also several drilling results to be announced and again, any one of these might be exciting.
With foreign investment halted awaiting the new regs, Mongolia needs to act soon.
