Under ordinary circumstances Fat Harry would agree...simply pick up the phone.
(Given his weight, he much prefers that course of action.)
However, certain companies are either reluctant to answer their phone, or, when it is answered, the person authorised to provide the answer is "away at the moment"....and often fails to return calls.
Email, similarly, fails to elicit a reply.
Perhaps one's only remaining course of action is to rent garments and gnash teeth on HC....?!?
