I agree with some of the things you say. Onyx should be announcing this no matter how small it is.
If BHP were to start drilling or going into a joint venture with a junior explorer they would announce it. No matter how big or small it should be announced.
Hopefully we find out more details on PAT-LM1 while we wait for IST to start.
