Hi Trin - No expert chartist, but thought i'd post an updated chart. Good support at (6) being the break of downward trend line and (5) previous support/resistance. As you pointed out the stoch's are pointing in the right direction and with the close at (7) today you can see the MACD is looking like it is ready to rise again.

I just wonder if someone from EWC have been accumulating between .006 - .008 looking at the volumes and than sold it down to get the price at .006 before the takeover ann. As I think NEWTG pointed out its in their interest for the sp not to be above .008. Will they continue to try keep the price from rising above .008.
On the other hand you would think it would be in the interest of Newsat to see the sp rise. For once they need the shareholders support, probably the reason behind all the 'feel good' announcements, media articles, Lazard, etc.
Could be an interesting few weeks.
