NEWTG - I'm not suggesting that the reason for the 'feel good' anns were because of todays T/O offer, but with the interest in regards to the teleports and I suspect they had an inkling of outside interest, I think they knew they needed to improve this area.
The fax was sent to ASIC and Newsat at the same time, which is not the normal procedure, so yes the t/o did come out the blue.
