Could you explain this a bit further, what exactly is a tech shell company.
A bit new to this whole thing..
From what I understand so far companies are backdooring into the ASX by essentially 'buying' up pre-existing dead companies and using their listing because it's more convenient then going through the ASX.
So who exactly has done that to OOK? Otsana? What is their technology? Cr8 has got a machine-learning insurance salesman, what does OOK have going for it? Can it be monetised? We have to value the company based on what it's earnings can be, and that is hard when there's no real info on what they're selling at all.
feels really blind to think this is 'going the same way as IAM and cr8< because nthey're both stocks.. on an exchange in the same sector.
