Bitcoin investors are claiming Australia's banks are freezing their accounts and transfers to cryptocurrency exchanges, with a viral tweet slamming the big four and an exchange platform putting a restriction on Australian deposits.
Tighter AML/KYC regulatory requirements set by APRA will drive demand for ID verification have you guys seen how much paperwork an individual/company/trust needs to currently complete to verify who they are and let's just say thats the start of it, you then got to consider the time it takes for back of house to process and validate that the information provided is correct.
