It looks to me like there are some differences:
The first is you will only have access to the deals the platform has listed (each platform will have different deals)
Akela plans on listing wholesale deals & RTO's; as opposed to onmarketbookbuild which lists IPO's.
The major advantage I see in the Akela platform is it enables anyone on the platform to access wholesale deals.
Just my thoughts.
