We all know there's a worldwide pandemic and no one is going to use oil, you don't have to be a genius to know oil price will go down for the long haul. what im saying is yes they can still track the WTI charts but like what USO ETF is doing they are changing their structure to minimise losses. be silly not to as once the pandemic is over in couple of months, it will be oil bonanza
