2. Mittens was not on an incentive based salary, i think he was on the standard salary for an ATC director which is approx A$35k per annum

3. He was on an incentive based option scheme. No options were issued because he did not do anything.

4. I do not know on what terms they departed.

5. I know dnatron et al will shoot me down on this, but changes (board, strategy) are still happening and are being worked on at the moment. Hey, my saying this will have no effect on the shareprice, so what benefit is there for me to say this apart from looking back in a month and saying "I told you so"?
