Have I made a mistake...could someone help.

In my previous post I stated that the fund raising at 8cents
was a good result as the SP fell away to about 7cents just after, however I'm a little concerned that although the funding was in place as said by Mr Steeter we haven't seen a 3b announcement as yet.

Could this mean the funding has fallen over due to the SP drop or does this take time to get released, I know there is going to be a 2nd tranch due to shareholders approval but
I'm talking about the 1st tranch.
