    You are 100% right but when PRT does start paying dividends the market will not allow the price to stay so ridiculously low- a lot of yield hungry funds and investors will pile into this. I'm just not sure if there are other factors holding up dividends - i was really confident they would have declared a dividend for Feb 2021 and since it didn't eventuate i'm not prepared to assume it this half till management delivers the final redults.
