PS - I see the BB as a defence strategy against manipulation by shorters, not a negotiation tactic / threat to be used against partners.
The fact its not been used could also suggest no new shares will be re-issued until much later (if early NCu prod plays out).
I also doubt Wayne would be told (by anyone) what to do in regards to BB use!
