What the company didn't tell shareholders is the huge NZ telco Spark (equivalent of Telstra) threw Crowther and his sales manager out earlier this year.
After the mass exodus of Spacetalk staff, and continuous churn of new replacement staff, they had enough of dealing with the Spacetalk chaos and gave Spacetalk the boot. Deranging in all stores. Replacing with a competitorbrand, where Spacetalk's staff have gone.
Oops - just a minor disclosure oversight for us poor shareholders.
Spark threw Spacetalk out in May this year.
