Spark currently appear to only range Apple and Samsung smartwatches.

Are you suggesting that ex-SPA staff are now working at Apple and/or Samsung or that either Apple or Samsung are currently a direct competitor of SPA notwithstanding SPA's niche focus and pivot towards MVNO subscriptions?
There is also the question of materiality and whether the company had any obligation to disclose any past termination of a prior arrangement between the company and Spark.
If you are an ex-SPA employee, i say good riddance and that Simon was right to cut you and any other former staff if they have a similar attitude and approach to the long-term interests of the company and its shareholders.
