Vendor, with no disrespect, the LUM board have been looking for buying opportunities for at least 2 years, hence the warning by the ASX about being a "cashbox company".
The closing share price has been manipulated several times and the buying depth is stacked, however, I'm definitely not complaining - I've been a shareholder for around 7years and got in prior to the massive pump and dump by del Piano, et al. At one stage I owned around 3% of the company. Nowadays, with the massive dilution I own about 0.3% of the company. I did buy some more LUM about 1 week ago though for 0.8c av.
