With the drama going on at CXY I think there will be a bit of a 'cloud' over the whole UCG industry until the matter is resolved. The market hates uncertainty and I fear that CNX may come under a bit of price pressure until the CXY suspension is lifted. The QLD govt seems to have really painted a target on UCG with this one.
