Craigl unfortunately I think you're right, lets hope this thing is sorted out sooner than later.
All I've heard today on every radio news broadcast is Govt. Negative BS! Buck passing, Ducking and Weaving.

Just sort it out!!! I'm sick and tired of the incompetence that exists in this Qld Government!!

Personally I think the Qld Govt. has handled this whole area atrociously, and if this is a total beat up, as I feel it is, then they need to make a public apology.
