oops wrong announcement

    I dumped my Symex holdings yesterday at 62 cents based completely on the company announcement issued on Monday morning stating there would be little or no profit to 31 Dec 2007.

    Then today, Tuesday morning, the company says "OOPS - we meant to say 31 Dec 2006", and up goes the SP. Is that sh!t even legal ??
