    Bg wanted to take the reins inregards to Pedirka but ctp would not let them 'run it there way

    One big stuff up by CTP .Have posted the figures defore in regards to percentage costs etc

    Recall the figures where in NT. Gov Ore Struck back in 2009- 2010 report on activities.
