It certainly would raise an interesting question except for the fact that the Directors have made themselves a nice cosy little arrangement whereby they don't have to actually come up with any cash for exercising options like the rest of us lowly shareholders.
Remember, shareholders voted to give them an option conversion facility! Free option, no risk and no cost! Life's tough when you're only on half a mill a year!
