If you look at the most recent top-20 shareholders listing you will see what a small percentage each owner currently has.
CTP put some requirements in place reguarding a take over, and I believe it required 90% of shares, not the normal 50%. This is effectively impossible without a massive offer to shareholders.
It will be seen coming, and it will dealt with appropriately.
If, for instance, you own both shares and options, and a TO offer doesn't include the options, then decline it.
