Slide #19 frm Magellan's May presentation states that 'Operator Santos has their 65% stake in Mereenie up for sale'.
On a 100% basis, Mereenie has an NPV of US$175m (65% of which is net to STO) & Palm Valley has a value of $45mil (48% to STO), so that's a total of US$135.35 mil to STO. Wonder who the mystery buyer is, unless its MGN.
