I usually only post if I have something worthwhile to add. There are a few people here whom I wish would do the same!

Still haven't decided on yes or no. I consider the price underdone and the CVNs to be all but worthless, but given the debt load the company is under there's a very real risk that if the SOA is voted down, the SP will crash hard and we'll be thinking wistfully of the days when someone was willing to offer us 20c.

If the offer was 30c plus a CVN that actually allowed holders to share in any upside success, I'd vote yes. But this offer I'm leaning towards no out of sheer bloody-mindedness.
