I'm with you psi81, the offer feels very low but will wait to find out more in the coming weeks. My gut feel is I would accept 30c begrudgingly if we had a bigger take on the CVN's (say capped at 40cents, and a few more incentives for them to be earned).

Although I'm sure the SP would drop on a no vote, how long it would stay low would be dependent on what the fall back plan is, and that will only be revealed by someone outside the current board (eg.CPSA).
