    From CTP web site/page -
    The Ooraminna retention licences, RL 3 and RL 4, were granted 6 March 2013 and consist of 6 and 8 blocks respectively, covering a combined area of approximately 1,004 km².


    Is there a case of a use it or loose it going on here - with these RL's
