    There would be plenty of other prospects in CTP's tenements that haven't even been mentioned yet and that MB would get for free. Normally the exploration acreage is assigned a value depending on its prospectivity to date. This has been totally ignored and thus assigned a value of zero, which is a total rip-off. RC would know this but has said boo.
