The WA govt awarded the port to OP&R .Where or when did they say Yilgarn could build any berths in this project as for the rail, nothings certain ,but why would they give it to yilgarn ?? that would be as stupid as midwest and murchison building separate mines at jack hills and weld ranges .Also whats stopping any other big miner or hedge fund or chinese company taking over murchison .
