    Short answer: No

It is very much in my interests to say that of course because I just bought a big pile of shares at something under 8.4c average.

Longer answer: Even when I did not hold, I rated AAM a long term buy, mainly on the strength of their Cork Tree Well/ Brightstar Delta tenement package.

As BWJ and others have pointed out, the company is on struggle street where they are now but they are making wages and getting their plant slowly sorted. Once they have the gold room fully operational, they will be able to efficiently treat high silver ore and ore blending will be less of a problem. In any event they are making a few smart moves. Not over promising for one.

If I do have one regret it's that the company hasn't been able to make the most of their supergene resource. Supergene ore is quite different in its geometry and indicator mineralogy to the more usual quartz type ore. Marking it out takes more subtlety than ore mapping programs such as surpac will normally provide.

When the company and the former MD parted company, a very experienced and competent mine geologist walked out the door. He still retains a substantial interest in the company. Retaining John Williams as a consultant would have been a very smart move.

I read every post on the AAM forum and I value your contributions Aspen 1900. Email me at the address in my signature line if you have a minute in the next hour or so.
