pa28,"Cousin Sadam" WAS selling oil for Euros,and you are right,that was too scarry for "Uncle George" as giving 'bad " example to others and we know what followed.IMO one of the reasons Yanks et al went to get the bugger and take Iraqi oil back to greenback.
