whats worse this is all smokeand mirrors - the saudi's have not flooded the mkts like they said they would in response to russia not going along with cuts and now say they are cutting from a mythical 12.5m barrels/day "flood" back to whatever - when in reality they have not changed prod one drop in the last 2 months - they are just jaw boneing the mkt for higher prices but the stockpiles are going to tell everyone the truth eventually - not good and why is it each time that the USA is not cutting back prod - they should too - but this time the mkts will do it for them
