does anyone think we have reached the bottom with oil at 59 or are we going to test 55?
opec's cuts might take a few weeks or months to have an effect.
still think the elections in the states will keep oil down or stagnant till the end of this month.
still a bit weary maybe an entry in a few weeks time for a long.
