Thats all good news on oil price.

I wonder if all CVNers have any lingering concerns on producing oil from a fracture volcanic rock.

Basically each well quickly recovers it drilling costs, great news. I might maybe incorrectly voicing a concern on the long term production decline rate and if or when might we see major water production.

What do I know but other than the taxation risk I have always be concerned about the length of time that CVN stays at plateau productions rate be that 10,000 or 20,000 bopd.

Hence the rational for CVN to be looking elsewhere for another oil production area, lets face it a revenue of over 15 million a month gives CVN lots of spending power.

End conclusion.

At these silly price CVN worth a small punt but not quite the farm.
