WombatKeith - Point 1. With pre market lineup of buyers and sellers, the pricing varies right up till split second before market open. Price will be struck if the buy side is taken out completely at a price which leaves more selling volume left at that price. Conversely if there is still residue of buying volume it is struck at the highest sell price.
Point 2. Your order would go through at 10..5 cents.
Point 3. My belief is that your "at market order" would take out the 11 cents offer as well.
From my own experiences, trust this is helpful and correct.
