I believe there are US tax reasons for limiting the number of new wells connected very late in the yr. This will have softened near term cash - expect a rash of connections in the new year that will remedy this. (Limiting expl til cash ramps up again tho is welcome.)

Even so the whole buyback issue has again proved to be less than beneficial in the sht term.

You gotta wonder with some companies whether its the people or whether past mistakes are now so ingrained by association that the market wont ever re-energise interest in this mob.
