For comparison Bendigo mining is a similar operator (i.e. nuggety resource miner) and has a cash cost of A$575 p oz on a grade of 6.5 g/t (refer Jan strategy update on their website).
On a gold price of USD$650p/oz this is about $200 profit per oz which is consistent with the above posts estimates.
Industry pe's are around 15 - 16 times.
Based on the above posts i.e. earnings estimate of $0.23cps thats $3.45 per share.
This is purely a KISS analysis and purely speculative - DYOR!
On grades better than 6.5g/t, there is upside to these earnings estimates. We just need to know the avg grade & estimated total resource for Eureka to gauge more accurate figures - I think we have to wait until mid july for that announcement.
