SP, agree with you on all counts there. I would say there ARQ will certainly be in Canning by April 07 (after the wet season), the upside is potentially too big to do otherwise.
I believe the share price is where it is because the oil stock sector is generally on a downer lately and punters may think still plenty of time to get onboard....pick it up on the rise.
This will probably all change when deep pocket investors start buying up.....maybe new year.....the trend will tell the story!
