re: time for a merger I'd like to see ARQ take over VPE.. onshore specialist and lots of cooper acreage. .. hmmm production rates probably too low for ARQ
What caught my eye was that they are looking at .."exciting opportunites in the middle east" .. I wonder if that's with OSH in Egypt?
