Well there is always another bigger fool somewhere!!
Hopefully there will be enough of that kind of talk to move the sp up so that some of us can get out at a small profit.
The wildcard in this mess is the ARC shareholding in ADI of some 25%.....
IF and it is a BIG IF, the SL well were to come in with decent numbers AND ADI's zoom up, a t/o would make ARC a bargain if its sp didn't also go up.
The buyer could get:
ARC's producing assets
ARC's cash
ARC's share of ADI
Maybe:
ARC's franking credits (Not sure about that in a t/o ) and I'll have to check to see if I can find the numbers. They should have a heap of the things....
(That maybe the move valuable part of the sp....)
