Good to here a MD of a company credited with short life assets (on the ludicous premise that you'd spend on finding these well hidden resources decades before you mined it) speak in "forward looking" terms like "forty years"

Read it, espouses the Kambalda game plan better than anything else I have read, better than bothering with the minutae of individual ore body discoveries, or year to year success.
