with respect, can you please point to evidence that supports your post? The share price has halved in 9 months, no JVs (despite numerous claims to have progressing in a timely fashion or whatever) and little success to speak of...
I'm all for optimism, but I don't see where you are coming from... I used to invest in KAR, but jumped not too long after the last CR when I noted expected timelines being missed.
Also, disagree with your comments re: CRs. Any company who has to continually tap the market without an independent revenue stream loses the faith of their supporters in the end (even in the O&G business).
I think the terminology used in the announcement was designed to give the company flexibility to explore funding options. That's all.
