On a more sensible note. I do agree with Elemental in that a CR that takes a company from 75 shares to 100 shares should not result in a 25% reduction in share price. Don't forget the cash goes straight to the balance sheet so on day 1 Net Assets go up by the cash raised! Its not like shares were added with no offsetting asset on the balance sheet.
Recognise of course that over time if such cash is burned with no offsetting value creation the SP will fall from there.
