Agreed. You don't go opening offices in places where there are no prospects. I feel there is a lot happening behind the scenes that at this stage does not require any announcements but will prove to be game changers in the future.
Am I being overly optimistic - maybe but I my experience things tend to build slowly and then suddenly pop when everyone least expects it.
That's my take anyway.
