I'd suggest if you put yourselves in the shoes of a partner trying to get his/her bosses to tick off on a deal you are doing for a little Aussie company no one has heard of
the tox tesult is a massive deal maker or breaker
it might be a minor little formality in the eyes and offices of PER, but I think it's quite the opposite to the folks with the cheque book
