Conundrum is how do existing SH not sell cheap & how do we attract new investors? I don’t disagree with either of your scenarios but to my mind, they are mutually exclusive objectives- unless there is a cornerstone investor willing to buy in at a significant premium to the current SP. Then again we don’t need the $$ either.
