Looks pretty good (and I'll be going in for some), but if you're looking to hold for a while be aware that there are another 95 mil shares being issued outside of the public offer (= dilution): - They have $3.7mil in convertible notes which will convert to shares at a deemed issue price of 12c/share (approx 1/3 in escrow). - And there will also be $13mil in shares issued for the purchase of OL Singapore (less than 1/3 in escrow). So Directors and seed investors are doing just fine out of this float. Oh, and there are the usual millions of performance options, etc being issued. Worth keeping in mind.
